The project staff is composed by:

• Prof Giuseppe Evangelista, Project Leader

  is a Surgeon specialized in Emergency Surgery as well as an Associated Professor at the University of Pisa. Since 1985 he is President of the Emergency Surgery Group for Civil Protection. He has participated to numerous humanitarian missions (China, Turkey, Albania, Algeria, Iran, Sri Lanka etc.).

• Monia D’Amico, Project Technical Co-ordinator

  She has a Master of Arts in Near and Middle Eastern Studies in London (SOAS) and has 10 year work experience with different organizations in several countries (Slovakia, Ghana, Jordan, Morocco, Egypt, Algeria etc.) where mainly served as Chief Logistician, International Consultant and In-Country Officer.
  She was the Office Coordinator of the International Training Programme for Conflict Management of the Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna of Pisa, Italy.

• Paola Milano, Project Technical Assistant

  She has a Master in Environmental System Management acquired in 1998 in Scuola Superiore di Studi e di Perfezionamento S. Anna of Pisa and she is Auditor in Quality System Management.
  From 1998 she has worked in the field of Business Process Reengineering, Development of System Management and Customer and People satisfaction surveys with the role of Project Responsible.

• Iva Rossi, administrative and financial consultant (for Timesis s.r.l.)

  Biologist, from 2005 she works with Timesis, consultancy company in the environmental field founded in 1991. Among other activities Timesis deals with planning, management and monitoring of European projects. www.timesis.it
